About

Brand & Bottle

Melbourne, Victoria · Australian made · GMP certified

Brand & Bottle is an Australian skincare brand accelerator based in Melbourne. We exist for one reason: the traditional path to launching a skincare brand asks founders to spend tens of thousands of dollars on inventory before they know whether anyone wants the product.

What Brand & Bottle does

We work with aspiring skincare founders end to end — from positioning and product selection through Australian-made manufacturing, packaging, store build and launch mentorship.

Production runs through a GMP-certified Melbourne facility. There are no minimum order quantities, so a first run is sized to what a founder can sensibly risk rather than what a factory prefers to schedule.

Who it is for

Founders who have a clear idea of the brand they want to build and want a manufacturing and launch partner rather than a course. Founders keep full ownership of their brand, their label and their customer list.

How the process works

The accelerator runs as a structured eight-week sequence:

Where we are

Brand & Bottle is based in Melbourne, Victoria, and works with founders across Australia. Everything we produce is Australian made in a GMP-certified facility.

Who runs Brand & Bottle?

Brand & Bottle was founded by Mitch and Morgan, who between them cover the two halves of a skincare launch: building a brand customers buy, and manufacturing a product that meets Australian standards.

Mitch leads brand, marketing and customer acquisition. He built his own skincare brand, Pumpkin & Spice, past seven figures, and that brand-building and acquisition playbook is what founders work through inside the accelerator.

Morgan leads manufacturing, formulation and compliance. He has spent years inside Australian cosmetic manufacturing, working with everything from emerging startups to world-renowned brands, and runs the Melbourne facility, formulation team and quality systems behind every founder's product.

Why founders can trust the manufacturing

Production runs through a GMP-certified facility in Melbourne, so the batch documentation, quality control and traceability that retailers, insurers and marketplaces ask for already exist before a founder needs them.

Products are Australian made, and formulation, filling, packaging and fulfilment happen under one roof — which is what makes a small first run practical rather than an exception a factory has to be talked into.
